I am pleased to announce that Dr. Jackie Joseph-Silverstein, Regional Executive Officer and Dean for the Southeastern Region of UW-Colleges and Dr. Joe Sheehan, Superintendent of the Sheboygan Area School District, have agreed to serve as United Way of Sheboygan County’s 2017 Campaign Co-Chairs. Jackie and Joe have dedicated themselves to education and we are excited to have their expertise help us this year. Education is one of United Way’s three building blocks for a good quality of life, and a major focus for us.
United Way of Sheboygan County has all kinds of reasons to celebrate! Last week, 35 non-profit project sites benefitted from the help of approximately 530 volunteers during the 2017 Day of Caring. The United Way building got some freshening with mulch outside and new paint for the Big Brothers Big Sisters office downstairs.
